We are honored to have been selected as the organization to lead this first seminar of a series of many and to teach the participants about diversity, equality, and inclusion and the issues and inequities in the workplace.

We had the opportunity to work in partnership with the Central American Chamber and the Mexican Consulate in Houston to provide critical information to minority-owned businesses to get a certification as a Minority Owned Business and understand the benefits of this necessary certification.

As we joined other successful panelists during this Symposium, considered the oldest Women’s Business in the border region and the ultimate networking and learning event for women in business.

We were thrilled to participate in this unique event hosted by Luminary, a globally inclusive community and co-working space created for women and women identified and their male allies to address the systemic challenges impacting women across all industries and sectors.

We are filled with love and gratitude to all the participants who joined us this past Saturday to demonstrate their support to us, the Montoya family and everyone in the LGBTQ+ community.
